CAS Care Solution’s ethos is compassionate, attentive support. This is enshrined in all our work values, from recruitment to building a care package. Our management team will meet with you to complete an assessment which will then help to build your personalised care package. We have a small team of carers and we pride ourselves on carer continuity so that you always see a familiar face. CAS Care Solutions offers care and support across the south of Hampshire and BCP council including New Milton, Barton on Sea, Hordle, Everton, Highcliffe, Sway, Lymington, Pennington, Milford on Sea, Brockenhurst and surrounding areas.

Meet the Team

Directors - Clarice Barrett, Amie Cleaver and Sara Phillips

Each director started their career in care as a Health Care Assistant, they have worked long shifts, back to back visits and have worked tirelessly to work their way up the care career ladder. Therefore, they know the potential strains and challenges and each bring a positive solution to these. Their ethos with their staff is career progression as they believe in a well- trained, positive and empowered care team!

CLARICE BARRETT

Director and Registered Manager

Clarice has worked in the care sector for the past 11 years. She has worked her way up the career ladder, starting as a carer, then a team leader, then a registered manager. Clarice has various qualifications ranging from an NVQ 2 to a second upper class honours degree in health, social care and community studies.

Clarice’s passion for dementia care is due to personal experiences. She has furthered her knowledge in dementia care and has completed various dementia training and qualifications as well as basing her dissertation on dementia care. Clarice will take on the role of registered manager.

AMIE CLEAVER

Director and Care Manager

Amie has over 12 years care experience. These include 4 years domiciliary care experience, 2 years dementia care in a nursing home and 6 years residential care experience. Most recently Amie’s career progression saw her work her way up from Carer to Care Coordinator to Training and Development Manager in a domiciliary care agency.

Amie has achieved her NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, as well as regularly attending mandatory care training to keep up to date with recent legislations. Amie is a hardworking, dedicated and conscientious caregiver and will take on the role of Care Manager.

SARA PHILLIPS

Director and Operations Manager

Sara has been employed as a registered manager between 2016- 2020 at a residential home and between 2018-2020 at a domiciliary care agency. She had worked relentlessly and achieved overall good rating in all CQC inspections. She is a caring, hardworking and determined individual who constantly explores for new ways to add quality to people life.  Sara has completed an undergraduate degree in criminology and psychology and has been regularly attending mandatory care training each year. Sara has been employed as care manager at a very busy London based domiciliary care agency, she has over 5 years of experience in setting up new offices and training new staff to ensure people receive continuous and effective care without fail. Sara will take on a role of operations manager.
